MEKITEC IS A RELIABLE AND FORWARD-LOOKING PARTNER

Inteko is a Greek company specialized in importing machines for industrial plants. In addition to Greece, the company currently operates also in Bulgaria, Albania, Cyprus and Egypt. A couple of years ago Inteko started a cooperation with Mekitec that manufactures X-ray food inspection systems, and the collaboration has continued ever since.

“We were searching for a company that takes good care of their products and offers fast customer service. The reason for which we chose Mekitec is simple – they share our values. Mekitec is a company that wants to develop their products constantly”, Pantelis Fourantzis, Sales Manager, says.

The collaboration started roughly four years ago, as Fourantzis and his business partner and co-worker Takis Halvatzidopoulos, the CEO of Inteko, found out about Mekitec. They bought a MEKI system, travelled around the country and visited representatives of other companies. It was a success: 90% of the companies Inteko contacted bought their own MEKI. “The machines are easy to install and operate”, Halvatzidopoulos explains.

CLOSE COLLABORATION ENABLES BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

Working in close collaboration with Mekitec ensures that Inteko can always offer reliable and fast customer service. When a technical problem occurs or something else comes up, a few messages and some teamwork are enough to solve the problem.

“When needed, our technician takes pictures or a short video of the problem and sends them to Mekitec. They usually answer immediately, and we can then fix the problem. In this way, we can react fast to the customer’s needs”, Fourantzis says.

Halvatzidopoulos agrees with his business partner.

“Mekitec is a fantastic company to work with. Problems will occur, that’s for sure. What matters most is how you solve them. Mekitec and our technical team have done a tremendously fantastic job together, and that’s part of our success”, Halvatzidopoulos adds.
